I hate the Denver Broncos for beating the Pittsburgh Steelers in the playoffs a couple weeks ago, but I love playing music with Jeff Cleveland more. Sometimes you just have to weigh two things out and go with it. Music prevailed and Jeff and I delivered a set of self-described mid-tempo depressing music under our newest stage name, Well-Contained Aprehension. Here’s how it all happened, believe it or not:
Wednesday, January 18, 2012 - Brennan’s Pub - Acoustic set w/ Jeff Cleveland
1. “Bite Frost” - wrtten by Jeff Cleveland
2. “Give Up” - original
3. “Yesterday’s Beer” - written by Jeff Cleveland
4. “Hung Up & Overdue” - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
5. “Cigarette” - original
6. “Merittville” - The Dream Syndicate
7. “The Benefit of Doubt” - original
8. “Same Boat Rocks” - wrtten by Jeff Cleveland
9. “By the Way” - the Rave-ups
