Even though it was only the second time ever that Jeff and I played a set together, I felt a familiarity and comfort on stage with my good friend on Wednesday night.  It was a hell of a lot of fun to play this set with plenty of spontaneity and few miscues for good measure.  Here’s the way it went down, and soon I’ll post an audio clip of our version of “Clap Hands” from Tom Wait’s 1985 Raindogs album – a song that was integral in bringing Jeff and I together to play music.
